Iisa is a unique singer-songwriter, performing artist and writer. Through her music, she paints snapshots of time and atmospheres, soft as cotton, blurred and crystal clear at the same time, unwaveringly present in the now.
Iisa’s fifth studio album, Hardcore, to be released in 2024, is a stunning continuation of her work, characterized by an overwhelmingly accurate portrayal of inner emotions, musical richness and unprejudiced experimentation. The album was produced by Artturi Taira, known for his work with Ruusut, Rubik and Pariisin Kevät.
Live, Iisa is a band made up of Antti Hietala, Omar Zakik, Veli Kauppinen, Arttu Hokkanen and Iisa, who are going to paint an immersive soundscape next summer in Ruissalo.
