Ruisrock Plus and VIP tickets (over 18 only) offer a unique way to experience the festival and the natural beauty of Ruissalo. In addition to the regular festival program and services, Ruisrock Plus and VIP customers have access to exclusive services in separate VIP areas where they can enjoy a wide range of food and beverages and take a moment to breathe between performers in comfortable lounging areas.
You can buy Ruisrock Plus and VIP tickets for one day or three days. Some of the ticket types have been sold out.
Feel the heat or chill out in our VIP areas
Plus and VIP guests get exclusive access to the two VIP areas of Ruisrock, one located right next to Niittylava and the other on the iconic Ruisrock beach. Niitty-VIP offers you the best seats right by the biggest stage of the festival, allowing you to see the performances up close while enjoying food and beverages. The lush, green environment of Ranta-VIP gives you a chance to soak in the mood, chill out and clink glasses by the water.

In addition to the VIP areas and their services, Plus and VIP guests get a personal festival pass and wristband that allow them to leave and return to the festival site throughout the day.

The Ruisrock Plus ticket (over 18 only) includes the full music and art program of the festival, all the festival services and access to the two VIP areas. The areas also have exclusive restaurant services, licensed venues and flush toilets for VIP and Plus guests, and the package also includes free bicycle parking.
Buyers of Ruisrock Plus tickets also get a personal festival pass and wristband that allow them to leave and return to the festival site throughout the day. The Ruisrock Plus ticket does not include water bus transportation, food or beverages.

- The versatile music and art program of Ruisrock
- All the services available at the festival
- The right to use the Niitty VIP area located in the throb of Niittylava and the peaceful Ranta-VIP area with their lounging areas, flush toilets and services
- The bypass lane at the main gate of the festival to speed up entry

VIP tickets
The Ruisrock VIP ticket (over 18 only) includes the full music and art program of the festival, all the festival services and access to the two VIP areas. The buyer of a VIP ticket also gets a personal festival pass and wristband that allow them to leave and return to the festival site throughout the day. The package also includes water bus transportation from the center of Turku to Ruissalo and back, exclusive restaurant and beverage services, lounging areas and flush toilets for VIP guests. Food and beverages are not included in the VIP tickets.

Age limits and accessibility
The age limit of Ruisrock VIP tickets is 18 years. Read more about the age limits of other ticket types here.
VIP services are not completely accessible. The water bus and the water bus pier towards the center are not wheelchair accessible. We therefore recommend people with reduced mobility to use the accessible entrance to arrive.
Ruisrock has two VIP areas. Niitty-VIP is located next to Niittylava and the gigs are loud in the area, while the quieter Ranta-VIP is located in Niemennokka, which has a slightly more distant line of sight to Rantalava.
A sandy road leads to the Ranta-VIP area of the beach and around the area. In other parts, the area is a sloping lawn area in some places. The area of Niitty-VIP and the road leading to the area is a chopped meadow field and difficult to navigate in places.
Accessible water toilets can be found in the VIP areas.

Exchanging tickets to wristbands
VIP and Ruisrock Plus tickets must be exchanged for wristbands and festival passes before arriving at the festival site. The wristband is placed on your wrist at the accreditation point, so you must pick up your wristband and pass in person. The exchange is done at the Ruisrock accreditation point in the center of Turku. Ruisrock’s accreditation point is located in the Radisson Blu Marina Palace hotel at Linnankatu 32, Turku.
Opening hours of the Ruisrock accreditation point:
Thursday 4.7. from 11 AM to 7 PM
Friday 5.7. from 11 AM to 10 PM
Saturday 6.7. from 11 AM to 9 PM
Sunday 7.7. from 11 AM to 8 PM
Arriving to the festival area
Ruisrock Plus customers
Ruisrock festival site can be reached conveniently with the festival bus or by bike from Turku city center. There is a clearly marked walking route of about two kilometres (about 1.2 miles) between the festival bus station and the festival site.
Ruisrock Plus customers can use their own bypass lane at the main gate of the festival for entrance. Ticket also includes a free bicycle parking by the main gate.

VIP customers
The water bus included in the VIP tickets runs non-stop between the center of Turku and the Ruisrock area. First water bus will leave about 30 minutes before the festival area opens and the last water buses from the festival area depart around closing time.
Tickets are checked at the dock and there will be a security check when entering the boat. You are not allowed to bring alcohol or any kind of items that are prohibited on the festival site to the boat.
Boats leave from a dock at Läntinen Rantakatu 37, 20100 Turku, which is located on the same side of the river and 600 meters away from the Hotel Radisson Blu Marina Palace where accreditation takes place.
Trip to Ruissalo Island takes approximately 25 minutes and at Ruissalo Island the boats arrive and depart from the festival area itself.
Unfortunately, the water bus is not completely accessible.
Food and drink tickets
For a more convenient festival experience Ruisrock Plus and VIP customers can buy food and drink tickets at the accreditation point at Hotel Radisson Blu Marina Palace.
