Blind Channel is known for their catchy melodies and powerful guitar riffs, and their music combines rock with post-grunge and nu metal. Sometimes electronic influences can also be found in their songs, creating a modern and bold soundscape.
The band has grown into one of Finland’s most followed bands after participating in the Eurovision Song Contest. Their song “Dark Side”, which they performed at Eurovision and which captivated music lovers all over the world, has been listened to more than 70 million times and the singles released thereafter have tens of millions of streams.
The band spent the spring of 2022 touring the US and Europe, and popped by to accept six awards at the Emma Gala in all the categories in which they were nominated. Europe and summer festivals will be home for the band again next year. Hands up, Ruissalo!
