  • Tent: Bring a tent if you have not booked a camper van spot. Please note that sleeping in cars is not allowed.
  • Sleeping pad: An air mattress or a thick foam sleeping pad will make sleeping in the tent more comfortable.
  • Warm sleeping bag: It may be warm during the day, but temperatures can drop significantly at night, so make sure to bring a warm sleeping bag.
  • Your own pillow: Adds extra comfort for sleeping.
  • Earplugs and a sleep mask: These help ensure better sleep despite noise from neighboring tents or the morning sun.
  • Power bank: Charging points at the campsite may often be busy, so a portable charger gives you more flexibility when using your phone.
  • Headlamp or flashlight: Finding things in your tent in the dark is difficult with just your phone flashlight, and this also helps save your phone battery.
  • Sandals or flip-flops: Essential for shared showers and easy to slip on when stepping outside the tent.
  • Reusable water bottle: You can refill your bottle at the campsite water stations.
  • Painkillers and band-aids: Small scratches or headaches do not have to stop the fun. For bigger accidents, help is available from the campsite staff.
  • Comfortable and warm clothes: Bring warm and comfortable clothes for relaxing at the campsite. Wool socks are especially nice in the mornings!
  • Weather-appropriate clothing: Be prepared with clothes suitable for rain and/or hot weather.

Buying Tickets

Each guest staying at the campsite must have their own camping ticket, which will be exchanged for a wristband. In addition to the camping ticket, each group must purchase a shared tent or camper van spot. A group may include a maximum of 5 people. If your group is larger, please purchase multiple tent or camper van spots.

Example: If your group has 4 people and you are all staying in the same tent, you must purchase 4 camping tickets and 1 tent spot.

Single-night camping stays are not sold separately. The price remains the same for the entire festival weekend, whether you stay for one night or all four nights. However, you are free to stay for a shorter period if you wish.

A camping ticket grants one person access to the campsite for the full duration of the Ruisrock accommodation period (times listed above). In addition to a personal camping ticket, everyone arriving at the campsite must also have either a camper van spot ticket (1 per vehicle) or a tent spot ticket (1 per tent).

Camping tickets cannot be paid for using cultural benefit vouchers.
