PMMP is making a comeback and will be performing at Ruisrock next summer. Having sold out several consecutive years, the festival will be celebrated in Ruissalo, Turku, 5–7 July 2024. With this first artist announcement, a limited number of three-day tickets to Ruisrock will be available at an Early Bird price.

Making a long-awaited comeback, PMMP will be returning to Ruissalo in Turku after a break of ten years! One of the major bands of the 2000s, PMMP has churned out numerous mega hits, such as Rusketusraidat and Tässä elämä on, filled huge venues and left an indelible mark on the Finnish pop music scene.

The exceptionally popular band has captivated the Ruisrock audience a number of times between the years 2006 and 2013. Formed by Paula Vesala, Mira Luoti, Mikko Virta, Juho Vehmanen and Heikki Kytölä, PMMP will once again bring its original line-up, a string of huge hits and its characteristic stage energy to the island of Ruissalo after a ten-year wait.

“We have amazing memories of summery festival vibes from Provinssi, Ruisrock and Ilosaari over the years. We won’t be repeating the act we’ve planned for the Olympic Stadium, but will be making a special, tighter set for the festival, including all our biggest hits! Many were left without tickets to the Olympic Stadium so hopefully this way the rest of you who want to see us will have a chance to do so. It feels good to put on one more show as a group to a festival audience!”

Ruisrock will be held 5–7 July 2024 in Ruissalo, Turku. With this first artist announcement, Tiketti will be selling a limited number of three-day tickets to the festival at an Early Bird price. More artist announcements will be coming very soon.
