Fisut ja Ranet is one of the pioneers of Finnish new wave street food and has already become a classic festival set. Fresh cod from the Norwegian Sea and crispy fries made from Finnish potatoes, made à la minute, that is, prepared to order to guarantee freshness. The fish is MSC-certified cod fished according to the principles of sustainable fishing and the potatoes are Finnish premium potatoes produced with bioenergy. The home-made remoulade sauce, authentic malt vinegar and a slice of lemon complete the dish.
