    The goal of the Social Sustainability Program is to promote equity and solidarity together with all the participants of the festival. Socially and culturally sustainable development means accepting diversity and valuing and respecting everyone’s rights. 

    Ruisrock aims to be an inclusive festival that accommodates people with diverse backgrounds, portrays them as an important part of the festival and includes them in producing the event. Everyone is welcome at Ruisrock, and the goal is to create a festival culture where everyone feels comfortable.

    We monitor our activities with the help of our Equality Plan and set goals to promote equality and equity, increase diversity and foster a sense of community.
