First aid
There is a first aid station run by trained staff in the festival area that will treat any bruises and injuries sustained by festival visitors. The station is located next to Telttalava and is open throughout the festival. First aid crew will also be patrolling the area. If you need help, you can approach any first aid or security personnel.
The common emergency number is 112, if you need help immediately.
In addition to Ruisrock’s own security personnel, the local police of Turku are also available in and near the festival grounds.
